The Foundation Academy boys weightlifting team has achieved remarkable success by clinching the Class 1A, Region 3 Championship in both the Traditional and Olympic categories. The Lions edged out St. Stephen’s Episcopal School with scores of 26-21 in Traditional lifts and 32-28 in Olympic lifts.
